Catalystk CRM Software allows to track and follow your customers through the conversation.

 

In Catalystk CRM Software we can map n number of conversations that we had with the clients.

 

A conversation is an interactive of communication between two or more people in which thoughts, feelings, ideas, news, information, etc. can be exchanged.

 

Benefits:
 
       1. The conversations entered in CRM are viewed as a reminder that helps to follow the client.
       2. Along with the conversation entered the CRM feeds details like when we spoke and who spoke to that client.
       3. The conversations once entered and saved, can neither be deleted nor altered so that it can be maintained as a history of record of a particular client.

Steps:
 
      1. Click “Leads” tab and then click the "Details" tab, after speaking to the client enter the conversation in "New Conversation" Field and Click Save.
      2. The New Conversation Field is available in all the necessary fields of Leads tab, Sales tab, Manufacture tab, and Purchase tab.
