Before you start: create the AMC contract first. The schedule is built from that contract.
Set the start date, end date and number of services

Open the AMC
Open the AMC contract and go to the Service Schedule section.

Enter the dates and services, then save
Enter the Start Date, End Date and No. of AMC Services, then click Save. The visit dates are spread evenly from the start date to the end date.
Add an extra visit with Schedule+
Need one more visit? Add it in two clicks.

Click Schedule+
In the AMC header, click Schedule+. A new row appears with Schedule Date and Service Date.

Enter the date and add it
Pick the date and click + Add. If you later change the start date, end date or number of services, the schedule is rebuilt, so add extra visits last.

Open the branch SMS settings
Open your branch details and go to SMS & Voice Notifications.

Set AMC Auto SMS to True
Set AMC Auto SMS to True and save. Each morning, the person who owns the AMC gets an SMS for AMCs whose follow-up date is that day.

See every planned and completed visit, and download it to Excel.

Open the AMC Report
Go to Reports → AMC Report and choose Schedule Report.

Pick the dates and download
Choose the schedule date range, then Create Report. The report downloads as an Excel file with the customer, AMC number, product, schedule date and service date.
How Catalystk spreads AMC service visits
Visits are spaced evenly between the start and end date.

The end date must be after the start date, and you cannot plan more visits than there are days in the period.
