How to Create an AMC Contract in Catalystk

Before you start: add the products you maintain to the product master, so you can pick them as AMC items. Your administrator may have renamed “AMC” – the steps are the same.
Open AMC and click New AMC
Every annual maintenance contract starts from the AMC list.

Go to Sales → Amc
In the left menu, open Sales and click Amc. The list shows every AMC with its status and priority.

Click New AMC
Click the green New Amc button and choose the customer.
Set the AMC dates and number of services
These dates decide how long the contract runs and when visits happen.

Enter the AMC period
Fill in the AMC From Date and AMC To Date – the contract period – and a Follow Up Date.

Plan the services
Enter the service Start Date, End Date and No. of AMC Services. Catalystk spreads the visits evenly – see AMC service schedule.
Add the items covered and save
List the equipment this maintenance contract covers.

Add each covered product with its Item Code, Item Name and Quantity.

Set priority and assignee, then save
Choose the Priority and the Assignee who looks after this AMC, then click Save.
Preview, print or download the AMC as PDF
Share the AMC contract with your customer.

Renew the AMC
At renewal, create a new invoice and enter the old contract in AMC No to Renew – the AMC dates move forward by the product's AMC months.
