Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used will be recorded by us in order to enhance your experience of the Catalystk Services and to help us provide you the best possible service.
Google User Data:
Gmail configurations are used only for sending emails from your gmail email ids. Your Gmail user data are not stored in our servers. Google mail configurations are stored in order to send mails only. We do not share this third party personal information with anyone.
Automated reminder e-mails. To help you use the service, Catalystk may send automated reminder e-mails to the e-mail address registered with your account, for example a general note that some of your quotations have no follow-up or that some invoices are still marked unpaid. These reminders are generated automatically by software from the records in your own account. No Catalystk staff member reads or reviews your documents to create them. To protect your business information, reminders contain no customer or supplier names, contact details, document numbers, amounts or attachments; at most, they mention a count of records and a link to the relevant page, which requires you to sign in. We keep a record of each reminder sent (the type of reminder, the count shown, the date, and whether its link was clicked) to operate the service, avoid sending duplicates and improve the reminders. We do not use tracking pixels in these e-mails. Reminders are sent at most once a day, and you can stop them at any time using the “Stop these reminders” link in any reminder. Stopping them does not affect other service e-mails, such as security, billing or account notices.
