How to delete your Catalystk account
You can permanently delete your Catalystk account and its data at any time, directly from your account settings. Follow the five steps below.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any data you want to keep before you begin.
Delete your account in 5 steps

Sign in and open account deletion
Log in to www.catalystk.com. Click the Settings button in the top-right corner, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Delete account. Read the warning message carefully and acknowledge it to continue.

Select a reason
Choose the reason you are deleting your account from the list provided.

Share your feedback
Optionally tell us what we could have done better. Your feedback helps us improve Catalystk.

Verify your registered email
Confirm your registered email address so we can verify the request is really from you.

Confirm deletion
Review the summary and confirm. Your account and its associated data are then permanently deleted.
What happens to your data
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- Business data in your account — leads, contacts, quotations, invoices, inventory and other records
- Personal data associated with your account
What may be retained
- A minimal set of records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax and accounting records)
- Kept only for the period required by applicable law, then permanently deleted
